Bien situé dans Soustons.<br>#128577; Le ménage est à approfondir, j'ai dû refaire toute la vaisselle (grasse et trace de sauce tomate dans les casseroles), j'ai également nettoyé le filtre du lave-vaisselle avant de l'utiliser. L'aspirateur n'aspire pas très bien. Malgré cela, l'appartement est très agréable, ce sont des points négatifs qui peuvent être facilement arrangés. L'insonorisation de l'appartement n'est pas terrible, on entend les voisins (aspirateur, bruit de pas, de meubles).
