Perfect for a family summer vacation. This property is an oasis of tranquillity in a bustling holiday destination. The hosts Phillipe and Chantelle are delightful, they are discrete but always available and really helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The property is ideal for families with the pool and grounds the centre of entertainment focus. The pool is heated to make swimming for children even more of a joy and the outdoor kitchen and BBQ & Plancha was great for alfresco meal preparation. There are supermarkets very close by and a patisserie within easy walking distance so self catering is straightforward. All in all an excellent property.

We were 3 couples and 3 children of 6, 9 and 9. The house is well appointed and well equipped for this number offering great comfort for indoor and particularly outdoor living The house is walking distance to a boulangerie and Lidl and a few minutes drive to large supermarket, main town, restaurants and cafés. The pool is amazing although it may not suit non-swimmers as there is no shallow end, only steps going down to a constant depth of shoulder height for an adult. Philippe and Chantal are great hosts and can be on hand if you need them, always willing to help ot advise if you want help. The gardens, pool area and games room are fantastic and the provision of bikes is outstanding! There are accessible cycle routes to the lakes loved that water

All in all a wonderful vacation. Nice location.all you need there or after a short question quickly delivered. Nice size of the pool. Extra fridge for drinks outside. Relaxing time perfect.

Firstly, Philippe and Chantal are one in a million. They could not have been better hosts. So helpful and responsive. Villa was beautiful with AMAZING outside space. Close to shops and also the lake and beach. We simply loved it.

This property was everything we could have wanted for a holiday and more. It catered well for all members of our party from a 2 year old child up to OAP's. Philippe and Chantal were the perfect hosts, hardly ever seen but always there when we needed them. Lots of amenities in the local area. We can't recommend this property highly enough and we'll certainly be looking at rebooking for next year.

Philppe and Chantel we’re excellent hosts and very helpful the property is very clean and well kept we were a party of 10 , 6 adults 4 children aged between 9and4 The pool was amazing they loved it, play area great too Outdoor kitchen was great hardly any need to use the one indoors and plenty of room for everyone around the pool area Lovely day bed for the little ones to get out of the sun a. Ping pong table and bikes for adult fun would recommend a visit

We are 4 adults and 2 17 year old daughters and we stayed for 10 days from 18th August. The house is perfect in every way, it has a fantastic outdoor space with heated swimming pool and barcaque area and ample outside seating. The accommodation internally is well set out meaning 2 families sharing is easy. From the moment we arrived to our time of departure Philippe and Chantal were the perfect hosts without being intrusive. Lovely touches like a bottle of wine and sweets on arrival, tea, coffee and other necessities provided. We asked if there were any inflatables and the next they went out and bought some, nothing was an inconvenience for them. If you like walking and cycling there are some great trails between the lakes and the sea. Otherwise you need a car. We played golf at Biscarrosse Golf which has a 9 and 18 hole course. There is also a fantastic restaurant there. There is a good Italian restaurant nearby and it's hand for the supermarket and a couple of bakeries. We had an amazing week at this comfortable villa. The outside space is amazing and Philippe and Chantel were charming and helpful hosts. The villa is well presented and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a lovely, relaxing week by the pool. It was great to be able to walk to the shops in the morning to collect fresh bread and croissants. We want to come back!
