Grande maison avec piscine de 12 pers en Ardèche

😊: The location was very good, although no shops at walking distance. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area, like kayak, pedalo, hiking, and of course wine tasting! Also a lot of good restaurants, like the pizza place at the camping site nearby.. 😢: We stayed there in august with 2 couples and 5 young kids. In fact this booking is 2 houses next to each other. One with 1 bedroom and one with 3 bedrooms. Neither house had a big, decent enough fridge to accomodate 9 people, so everything we ate/drank was warm. It was mentioned on the site that there was airco. The only airco there was, was 1 mobile one, which needed an open window all the time, so it was useless. We needed to sleep in 35-36degrees, so we almost didn't sleep. The concierge tried to help by providing 4 obviously very cheap ventilators which made so much noise, it supassed 71db, so we couldn't use it during the night. 1 even broke down after 1 hour. The pool was constantly full of leaves, but was decent if you first cleaned it for 25 minutes. There was a wasp nest outside, so eating outside was almost impossible. At the end, the host tried to keep our 400€ warranty by claiming we broke the (quite old) pool robot we didn't use and probably broke himself. Stay away from this booking. Nothing but trouble!.
