Grande Maison d'armateur coeur de GRANVILLE, jolie cour, plage et port à pied.

We were looking for a central location from which to explore Normandy. Granville, a charming seaside town centrally located, was perfect. More perfect was the elegant and historical 17th century ship captain’s house in the center of the historic city. It was divine. A spacious living room, modern kitchen, large dining room and a beautiful private courtyard were complemented by spacious bedrooms and beautifully designed modern bathrooms. Our only regret: there were just two of us. We wish we could have had our family or friends with us. The house was even more beautiful than the photographs. The owner was attentive and gracious. We felt right at home. It may be our best VRBO stay ever and we stay at VRBOs all across the U.S. and the world.

5 day family break in the centre of Granville. Beautiful property, superbly equipped, great location and an exceptionally attentive host. Severine was wonderful and so helpful, made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Es hat alles gepasst, das Wetter, das Meer, der Ort und ganz besonders war die Unterkunft. Die zentrale Lage in einem kleinen Idyll mitten in der Stadt, man öffnet das Tor zum Innenhof und ist in einer kleinen ganz anderen Welt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details, genau unser Geschmack. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, wir waren mit sechs Personen da und alle Paare konnten sich zurückziehen aber eben auch in den schönen Gemeinschaftsräumen verweilen. Da das Wetter in der Woche prima war, konnten wir den Innenhof perfekt genießen, die Nähe zum Meer, der Stadt und dem Hafen. Auch der Ort ist wunderbar, kleine Geschäfte, Lokale, alles fußläufig erreichbar..... Die gesamte Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin lief perfekt, sehr warmherzig und offen, es war alles so, wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Wir alle können das Ferienhaus wirklich sehr sehr empfehlen und können uns vorstellen, mal wieder dort hinzukommen. Merci !

We stayed in this wonderful house in Granville for 9 days, 5 adults. We could not have been happier. The house itself exceded our expectations. Cleanliness was impeccable. Comfortable rooms for everyone, kitchen roomy and well stocked. Very nice communal area, sitting room. The patio in the courtyard a nice addition the house itself. Our hosts, Severine and Ludovic were extremely nice and helpful, quick to answer any questions that came up. At last, Granville is a haven for everyone who wants to get away from everyday life at home. We will most certainly want to come back!!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans la maison de Severine , les échanges sont simples, la maison est idéale pour un séjour en famille, elle est spacieuse et idéalement placée à Granville. Je recommande a 100% Merci pour ce séjour ! Mélodie

Séjour très agréable malgré le mauvais temps de Granville. Maison très agréable en famille. Tout y est pour passer un excellent weekend. On s'y sent très vite comme chez soi. Dommage un week-end passe vite. On y retourne sans soucis. Merci à notre hôte pour sa grande souplesse vis a vis des horaires. Merci Merci 👍🤩
