Grande maison dans parc privé, proche mer à pied , 15 personnes

Le cadre est splendide, le parc bordé de magnifiques arbres est incroyable. L'intérieur est immense mais inégal. Il y a une grande table, une cuisine opérationnelle, un piano, un billard... c'est génial. Mais la qualité des chambres varie beaucoup, certaines sont inexploitables avec une literie poussiereuse et des meubles plus que défraîchis, d'autres heureusement ont connu un petit rafraichissement.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour familial. On sent que cette demeure est chargée d'histoire, les murs, bibliothèques et cadres en disent long, pour notre plus grand bonheur.

Sejour très agréable dans cet écrin de verdure, nous avons même organisé une soirée déguisée comme dans les années 1900, tels des châtelains 🙂 La plage de keremma à 500m et une chasse aux trésors organisée par l office de tourisme nous a permis d apprecier et d apprendre l histoire des pierres ! Propriétaires attentionnés ! Nous garderons un beau souvenir de ce week-end famille

Das Haus ist unbeschreiblich schön und hat unglaublich viel Atmosphäre. Eigentlich ist nur zu sagen, dass man nicht wieder fort will, ist man erst einmal da.

Ein wunderschönes großes persönlich eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Haus in einem riesigen Parkgrundstück, es fehlte uns an nichts. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und offene Vermieter, gute Betreuung vor Ort, persönliche Tipps - es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

This is a charming house of great character set in a in very large parkland with freedom to roam. The stunning beach is a 10 minute walk - or you can get kids and equipment nearly there by car. This unique property is a large house with a welcoming feel. It has not been generally modernised and thus retains its character. This is reflected in the modest price for a property of this size. The bedrooms all share facilities with showers and baths functioning well but becoming dated. The main kitchen (ground floor) is well equipped although small for a house this size. There is a second kitchen on the first floor which we did not use (save for the large fridge) but also seemed well equipped. The top floor double bedroom, light and spacious, could be a quiet retreat for a couple and has a kettle and microwave. The dining room is a wonderful room full of light with a long table easily seating 15. At the end of it is a wider part of the room with pool table (not made much use of by us). For one week of our holiday, we comprised a group of singers and instrumentalists with this large room providing a brilliant space in which to play. The non-musicians could retire in the evening to play bridge in the large entrance hall with its tables and chairs. Outside, the long modern table and chairs could be easily moved to the shade of the beautiful trees across the grass; and the sun (can't be promised of course) could be enjoyed sitting in the comfortable recliners and deck-chairs. The property forms part of a very large park/estate which is owned only by members of a large extended family. There are no fences and residents are free to walk or bicycle nearly anywhere. It gives a great sense of freedom and space. Madame Bal (who lives in Paris but also occupies the small former garage further along the driveway) was there to welcome us. She is a charming and gracious person although with limited English. We found the website slightly unclear but that has now been remedied. It would be sensible to clarify any matters which you do not feel are clear. We had a five-star holiday to which the house contributed a huge part of the enjoyment.
