😊: Location and games room. 😢: On entry cigarette stubs floating in water in the barbecue and picnic table. broken toilet window, no glass except for ragged edge. Vastly overgrown garden, couldn't even sit out. Rotten wooden staircase at front entrance.. No secure inner door from back entrance. No restaurants in St Florentin for evening meal.
