A perfect house for a party of 7 adults and 2 young children. Jean-Francois was very kind and helpful and showed us round the house at 22.00 hours when we arrived. House very well equipped with cooking equipment and outdoor entertainment. We enjoyed some lovely dinners on the terrace. The location is wonderful and waking up to the stunning view is breathtaking. We were blessed with incredible weather and enjoyed the coastline's beaches and the lovely garden. We had a perfect holiday.

We really loved the house, and Jean-Francois was very welcoming and took time to show us round when we arrived. We enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and table tennis table, and our youngest daughter loved the trampoline and swings. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. A lovely, well-thought out property with absolutely stunning views of the sea. Even better than the photos!

Very pleasant and quiet location with fantastic views. Good for a family break with 4 good-size bedrooms. M. Le Roy is also a charming and welcoming host

Location tres agreable

This is an excellent property, well-furnished and presented with lovely flower-gardens and grass lawns. Superb patio is ideal for stunning seawards view - as in the pics. The owner, Mr Le Roy is very pleasant helpful, flexible and committed to an enjoyable stay. he property is convenient to Le Faou and Crozon area. Be sure to check out the excellent market on Sundays in nearby Daoulas! Good nearby restaurant - Le Florina but check opening times. Our very enjoyable 2 week stay was marred however by intensive construction work on the next door property - all day every day during the second week. Fortunately the weather was excellent and we could escape for most of the day.
