Grande maison spacieuse, contemporaine au bord de l'atlantique avec piscine

We have just returned from a 7 night stay in this villa. The photos don’t do it justice, we absolutely loved it here. My parents have limited mobility and it was perfect for them with the showers being walk in all on one level and even steps into the pool. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. The only one slight downside was the waste arrangements but once we knew from the villa agent where to take it that was all fine. The location for us was perfect. The ports were both beautiful as was the beach which is only a stones throw away. We couldn’t have asked for more.

The only one slight downside was the waste arrangements but once we knew from the villa agent where to take it that was all fine. The location for us was perfect. The ports were both beautiful as was the beach which is only a stones throw away. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We were an extended family of 7 visiting this French region for the first time. The location is good, quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance of shops and beach. The children loved the pool, and enclosed garden where they could play safely while we relaxed. We took bikes, and it was a brilliant area for cycling, and the garage provided somewhere safe to store them. The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, it was probably the best we have visited. We bought food to eat in the house most days, and used the barbecue a few times. I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday home.

This house is perfect for families, is well equipped, in a quiet neighbourhood and the heated pool is fantastic. The beach is so close and beautiful and the local area is definitely worth exploring with even more lovely beaches to discover. Thank you we loved it!

In great condition, peaceful location not far from town. The heated pool was much loved and the open-plan kitchen/ dining/ living room plus lots of board games was perfect for our family holiday.

The house is placed a 1km pleasant walk from town centre. Plenty of cafes, creperies, restaurants and little shops in vicinity. There is also bike hire close by and many cycle tracks/ footpaths. We went running each day having plenty of varied routes to choose from- across the dunes to exploring the beautiful local nature reserves. The house is clean, spacious and modern- easy to live in and be comfortable. The garden is well designed and pretty with plenty of space for privacy. The pool is brilliant - even on dull/drizzly days the warm temperature of the water meant children and adults could stay in and have fun regardless of the weather. The beach is a ten minute walk away and is fine silvery white sand. with dunes at the start and huge vast beach when tide is out. The beach is no dogs allowed all the way along so bear this in mind if you are bringing a pet, however, the nature reserves, local walks and cycle tracks are all dog friendly. Our party was made up of ages 5 years to 70 years and all enjoyed this house and area. Thank you for having us.

Haus und Pool sind toll. Auch die Fussnähe zum tollen Strand fanden wir super - für Kinder in jedem Fall sehr gut machbar. Lesconil ist als Ort einfach nett - nicht zu touristisch, aber trotzdem ein paar kleine Läden und Bars und v.a. mehrere Bäckereien mit leckeren Croissants und Törtchen. Tipp für die, die keine Fahrräder dabei haben: Man kann welche beim naheliegenden Campingplätzen ausleihen (wenn noch genug da sind), denn in den Ort ist es zu Fuss (bei heißen Temperaturen) zum Bäcker doch recht weit;- Also insgesamt alles super - nur die Ausstattung mit Töpfen in der Küche wäre verbesserungswürdig sowie der Wäscheständer draussen, der schon recht ramponiert ist;-
