😊: The apartment is very well equipped, clean, modern and bright..

😊: .. 😢: We had contact from the owner prior to arrival regarding the requested deposit and check in, which would not happen unless we provided the deposit. We withdrew 500 euros in UK for the deposit, but no-one met us at the property. This obviously cost us money. We planned our day to be at the accommodation at the agreed time. Lots of texts & whats app messages from the owners assistant due to not meeting her at the apartment, why the presumption I have a smart phone and whats app? We were advised we needed a parking permit which concerned us when there was not one on our arrival. Notices everywhere that a car would be towed away without a permit on show. It turned out it wasn't required. There were no plugs for the bath or kitchen sink, no response from the owner when we contacted them about it. So the bath was unavailable, although paid for, and a reason why this apartment was chosen. The second bed was not made up and the electric socket by that bed did not work. The description of two bathrooms is exaggerated, one is a shower and toilet at entrance level, no wash basin, and the other is a bath and wash basin on the lower floor. Not the most convenient layout. Quite a distance to any restaurants, shops or the beach. The outside of the property is tired and a couple of windows could not be opened..

Les indications de la part du propriétaire et de Chrystele, qui s'est assurée que nous avions tout pour passer un séjour dans les meilleures conditions, du début à la fin. Le logement était fonctionnel, propre, spacieux et joliment decoré. L'emplacement et la place de parking, et surtout la vue sur la marina, tout était très bien. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir!<br>#128577; Rien. Il nous manquait juste un congélateur, pratique mais pas indispensable au final

Prachtige locatie met alle comfort<br>#128578; Het uitzicht op de jachthaven is fantastisch, voor de rest een mooi appartement met alle comfort. Chrystele is een toffe gastvrouw die ons voorzag van alle tips en informatie over Deauville. Voor de reis was er een WhatsApp groep aangemaakt wat heel makkelijk was voor alle praktische info rond sleuteloverdracht en info over het appartement.<br>#128577; Niets is tegengevallen.

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Appartement spacieux, bien décoré et très bien situé avec une belle vue sur le port. La place du parking est un vrai plus.

Exceptional<br>#128578; We have a very good host, MDM Chrystele. She's very easy to deal with. The house is very clean and tidy. The location is very calm and perfect for us. The view of the house is pretty. There is parking lots in the area. 5 min to the marché du poisson.
