Grande Villa Vue Imprenable 1,5km Plage Centre Ville Proche SAINT TROPEZ

😊: The villa has panoramic views of the mountains and a partial view of St Tropez bay. The villa is ideal for a family or group holiday and Eric (the host) has furnished and equipped it to a very high standard e.g. every room air conditioned, funky furnishings, comfy beds, outside fridge, two fridge freezers, coffee machine, outside plancher and to much more to list. This was our second stay and intend to book again at some point. Outside, aside from the views, the swimming pool is excellant and the two covered terraces provide some welcome shade from the sunshine when needed.. 😢: Having to go home!.

😊: The villa is in a beautiful location with superb views and it is very peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the terrace. We were a group of 10 people, of which 3 were grandparents, 4 were parents and 3 were children of 2, 2, and 5 years old. The grandparents used the bedrooms upstairs, which gave them some peace and quiet. The villa is very spacious, with a laundry room and an extra fridge/freezer..

Molto bene, villa ben accessoriata e completa. Grande e bella. Unico neo le zanzare e la distanza dal mare: la discesa senza problemi gradevole, ma il ritorno a casa in salita a piedi è impegnativo.

What a wonderful place to stay. There were 6 of us staying for a week and we each had our own bedroom and only a couple had to share a bathroom. The beds were really comfortable and the showers were excellent. The house was in a lovely location up the hill from Sainte-Maxime and had lovely views over the hills and the sea. It was an easy 15/20 minute walk down to the town and not a difficult walk back. The house was in immaculate condition, super clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and was lined with loungers. There was a pétanque court, a table tennis table outside, two outdoor eating areas - one with an outdoor kitchen, and a lovely outdoor shower with hot water. If I had any quibbles it was that the driveway is steep and angled and was not easy to negotiate when there were two large cars. Eric and Lydia were super helpful in pointing out where things were and how things worked. This is the perfect place to stay and I would more than happily stay here again.

The villa perfect for us. We were a group of 11 spread over 4 generations and there was something for everyone. The proximity to Sainte Maxime town centre meant that those wanting nightlife easily found it within walking distance. Ste Maxime beach also was very close by as was La Nartelle and we even ventured over to St Tropez a couple of times on the Bateaux Verts which runs so frequently and late into the night. Mostly we enjoyed relaxing around the pool and taking in the breathtaking views from the verander with a glass of local rose. The lights around the pool and trees in the evenings are mesmerising and it’s hard to resist a late night dip😂. We were there for a special birthday and the villa had everything we needed to make the whole week an amazing celebration and an unforgettable holiday.
