A lovely, spacious house with all the necessary elements for a family holiday. Four comfortable double or twin bedrooms (three upstairs, one ground floor which is en suite). A sunny, modern kitchen. Dining room and living room with views over the terrace, pool and surrounding area. Air conditioning in most rooms, vital in the summer months. The pool is not heated, but was pleasant and clean. The house is on a quiet hillside a few minutes' walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. It's a steeper walk on the return journey but we found it manageable. One point to be aware of: if you don't want to clean the house yourself at the end of your stay you must pre-arrange a cleaning service with the owners. It isn't included as standard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to next time!

Sehr freundliche Vermieter und netter persönlicher Kontakt / Propriétaires très aimables et contact personnel très agréable Tolle Lage am Rande von Leucate, zwischen Etang und Meer. Der Etang lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ebenso der Bäcker und der Markt (Dienstag und Samstag). Zum Strand kommt man am Besten mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. / Superbe situation à la périphérie de Leucate, entre l'étang et la mer. L'étang est facilement accessible à pied. De même que la boulangerie et le marché (mardi et samedi). L'accès à la plage se fait de préférence en vélo ou en voiture. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bot uns sieben genügend Platz. Es ist alle da was man von zu Hause kennt und braucht, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, vollständige Küche und Zubehör. Anreisen und wohlfühlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder! La maison est très spacieuse et nous offrait suffisamment de place pour nous sept. Il y a tout ce que l'on connaît et dont on a besoin à la maison : machine à café, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, réfrigérateur, congélateur, cuisine complète et accessoires. Arriver et se sentir bien ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

I was hired by Lena Petersen to assist her in her daily routine, as well as a translator. Lena doesn’t speak English. Her family’s and friend’s visitors were extremely satisfied with theirs stay. She highly recommend Garrigue Villa. On a personal note. I was told by L’Agence du midi to leave my belongings in my Suite Bedroom. Adrian Beaux told me that he knew Raphael and his parents. He will contact them and get my luggage’s that I could not take with me to my daughter’s wedding and my music tour with my best friend from Hawaii. Well, he did NOT contact them. The owner called the police which was a smart move from wthem. They had to get the Villa ready for their next guests. I got my phone stolen so I could not contact them. To this day I still do not know where my belongings are. I am hoping to find them in 3 months in this friendly Village

Très agréable maison de vacances idéalement placée, vaste, confortable, excellente literie, terrasse et orientation idéale. Très bien équipée, propriétaires très sympathiques et serviables. Nous recommandons !!! ( et nous reviendrons ! )
