😊: there was no breakfast. 😢: No instruction on use of TV or heating system, poor equipment for the Kitchenette, no place were to store or hang personal clothes, no bed table, tubes in the bath visible and quite old, painting detaching from walls and to be restored. No additional blanket, when it became colder I could not switch the heather on nor could I use more blankets. Access and stairs in very old and poor conditions..

😊: the place is near the city centre. Although it is a bit noisy at night, because it is close to several restaurants, you can still rest well.. 😢: There is no air conditioning in the property. it would be better if this could be done.

😊: Great central location, private, comfortable, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, provided fresh towels and was clean.Does not deserve as many bad reviews as it has , good cheap value. 😢: Was on a central location with bars so can get very loud , even with windows closed . A old man who lives opposite , would stare into the flat and wave (we were two young girls) , someone kept ringing the intercom and yelling at us to let him up (again a man) . Owners obviously cant control this but worth mentioning. Did feel safe enough,as door had many locks. Shower did flood and pipes got so hot you would burn yourself and cooking facilities were limited but doable..
