😢: More pillows for the beds, outdoor space needed a good clean up.

😊: Beautiful Property, nice Kitchen, big living room. Modern. Easy to find and parking.. 😢: I had to contact the host to get clear instructions on how to collect the keys, i'd expect the host to be welcoming and send in advance. Event then the information provided was quite limited. The heating system uses an environmentally friendly fire, but unfortunately it had trouble staying lit during our stay. The check-out instructions felt a little stern, they focused on the risk of deposit deductions if the apartment wasn’t left spotless. A warmer, more welcoming tone would have been much appreciated..

😊: Nice, private, modern house. Big TV, quiet location (outside the center), secure parking for the car.. 😢: The bare minimum was provided, no hand soap, no hand towels (only big towels). The service was very poor. No information in advance about checkin. The person spoke no english and we were waiting outside for a while to get the information to enter the property. The house was clean, but we were not confident the bed sheets were clean (they looked used). At the end we were asked to give the apartment a quick clean to avoid charges (which was not mentioned in the booking)..
