Great and Beautiful property with quiet pool / lake / sea / golf

One word sums it up; Perfect! Such a beautiful property in a stunning location.. The luxury of relaxing around the private pool was fabulous… Enjoying watching the sun set/rise, with a glass of wine or coffee, over the hilltops/mountains was breathtaking… taking in the view of Tourette’s which is lit up on an evening. Plenty to see and do including kayaking on the lake which isn’t too far away and horse riding taking in the picturesque landscape. Wasn’t too far by car to Monaco which was nice to see; although it was lovely to be back to our beautiful villa enjoying the tranquility. Two of our gang headed further still into Italy for a pizza! The host Valerie was very helpful/obliging during our stay.. even booking us a reservation at a lovely restaurant which she recommended along the river top.

What a fantastic 2 weeks spent in this beautiful villa.The property itself has everything you needed,and wanted.Waking up every morning to the views was the best thing,sitting outside on the balcony having your breakfast is just what everyone needs.Plenty to do in the area,we were never bored.Fantastic friendly restaurants also nearby.The swimming pool was a godsend ,we were never out of it.The host Valerie was exceptional,nothing was to much trouble.Would definitely recommend this property,and hope to return

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Totine! The location is excellent, peaceful, with scenery, walking distance to Tourettes and 2 km to the closest grocery store. The master bedroom offers royal comfort and the other bedrooms are ok. There are three toilets, not one! Kitchen, dining area and sitting room are nice even for a group of 12 people. No complaints about any equipment (beater/mixer perhaps a minor exception).The patio and pool area perfect! Table tennis and petanque were super. Some nights were a bit hot in late June and without AC this may be an issue later in the summer. The conditions for cycling and jogging were not optimal fue to narrow roads generally without accotement (curb) and busy traffic.

Everything was what we hoped for. The House was more luxurious than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the terrace with the lovely view and of course the wonderful pool. Would love to come back again.

Perfect house for Summer vacation. Enjoyed everything and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Communication a bit difficult with the host, if you don't speak French. We can only recommend this house.
