Great flat perfectly located by the beach, amazing views

Good location with beautiful ocean views! However, no AC and it was quite warm during my stay (late July). Also, no Wifi available. And lastly, I was required to pay an ADDITIONAL 60 euros for bed sheets and towels!!! Why in the world is this not included in the total nightly expense? Not happy about it. Unless the items above can be corrected, I don't know that I recommend this location. MK

No WiFi, perfect location, older, slightly run down building but the apartment was great.

Big apartment. Very comfortable. Great views of the sea and the canal.

This property is quite nice and in a great location but the beds were quite uncomfortable and there is no WiFi. Additionally, the host wanted us to pay a significant security deposit in cash, and charged us for linens.

The views and location are amazing but the lack of air conditioning and amount of mosquitoes and the uncomfortable beds made sleeping difficult. There was no wifi which was surprising and is expected everywhere. We stayed for 4 nights and dreaded going to sleep, my kids are covered in mosquito bites. The property supplied plugs but they made no difference. The rooms also only have 1 power point so have to chose between fan or mosquito plug. It was extremely hot the week we stayed.

Plenty of stairs to climb, but so worth it. The views from this property are wonderful/unique. One direction looks over the ocean and beach with Saint Tropez in the distance. The other looks out over canals of Port Grimaud, with boats and pastel colored houses. Cozy, but adequate. Perfect for two couples. Free parking right below apartment. Tiny market below with fresh bread and croissants each morning. Day trips to Saint Tropez, Bormes, and Grimaud Medieval village. Mostly beach time and relaxation. Good place for a family vacation with young kids.

"Ideally situated overlooking the beach and with views of St. Tropez Bay. We have been visiting Port Grimaud for almost 35 years. The large very well equipped apartment is located on the top (4th) floor with six sets of stairs to climb. The owner MMe Bonduaeux and Emilie who looks after the apartment are both very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much."
