😊: Location is good, the home is ok in terms of facilities and functions.. 😢: Where do i start as i have never come across this before upon booking accommodation. We are working on a project and we were due to land at around 8pm in Nice. The property manager wanted to charge us an additional check in fee (100 euros) as it was potentially outside their 'check in' time. When i informed them that i was more likely to be after 10pm due to traffic from Nice Airport - the response was 'impossible - check in the next day'. I had to then change flights at a cost of hundreds of dollars to 'accommodate' their stubbornness. They took a 300 euro deposit - no big deal. No wifi. House is averagely clean. Upon check out, our project finished a day early. Again, the check out was inconvenient for them and centred around their availability. Not ours. Booking.com were useless. When the initial messages and refusal to accept us checking in after 10pm came to light - they didnt help and hence why i changed the flights. Avoid this property due to the hotel manager. They clearly dont care and dont need the money judging by the surroundings. Strange why they even rent this place out..

Wir waren zu 4 Erwachsenen...<br>#128578; Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Fußläufig bekommt man alle wichtigen Sachen. Die Terrasse zum Wasser ist wunderschön und sehr gut mit Möbeln ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut eingerichtet.<br>#128577; Die Küche war leider nicht richtig gesäubert worden. Speisereste vom Vorgänger waren noch im Backofen. Die Schränke müssten aufgeräumter sein, um mehr Spass in der Küche zu haben.
