Ground floor apartment in farmhouse

😊: The apartment was spacious and bright with large windows looking out towards horses in a field with a distant mountain backdrop on one side and into a large open sunny stone farmhouse courtyard on the other. It was charming and very peaceful. The only sounds were horses walking, some riders chatting, and birdsong. We had next-door neighbours who may have also been guests. Our stay was delightful. The countryside all around was also charming. There were even two cats who appeared in the courtyard. One aloof, and one a shy lap cat. The parking is next to the building. Just note that there was no phone reception when we were there, but we think that was everywhere in the area on those days. There was however excellent wifi..

😊: Nice place for two, wonderful stop-over. The area is just lovely, great walking right from the house. Nice paths along streams, fields, and in the forest. Perfect between two days of autoroute. The apartment is calm despite being next to the road. It has all you need for a quiet night. We had our drinks in the court, watching horses and swallows.. 😢: It is a compact place, just big enough for 2 people and a dog. Unfortunately, it was not very clean; our lungs didn't appreciate the saw dust..
