😊: Conveniently located near a tram stop. Was clean. 😢: The windows are bot soundproof, and since it’s the ground floor you can hear even people walking by on the street. The toilet flush was leaking, which was annoying during the night as the noise was loud. The microwave was out of order, its on but doesn’t heat up food no matter the settings..

😊: The apartment is in a good location (15 minutes' walk to the city center and 10 minutes' walk to the Cité du Vin). There is also a tram nearby that goes toward the center. The equipment and cleanliness are not the best (the TV didn’t work, the kitchen has very few utensils and dishes,...) but still acceptable. There is no parking.. 😢: PARKING – The apartment stated that there is free parking in the area. This is not true. Parking in Bordeaux is a major issue and very expensive. There is, however, a large paid car park near the apartment..

😊: Beside the tram. Close to restaurants, shops, river promenade for evening relaxation..
