Excellent location, clear instructions on how to acquire the keys and access the flat. The flat itself had everything we needed for our trip and was clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This property is in a perfect location a short walk away from the Louvre, the room was perfect for a short stay and the host was very responsive making the check in process very smooth. I would recommend this property to any guest on a city break to Paris.

Paris Trip : The apartment is centrally located, though small, it was comfortable. I did not like that I had to walk for 10 minutes away to pick up the key and then walk back another 10 minutes. The same thing happened at check out. i was in a rush at check out and that was very inconvenient.

Bon appart et bien situé

This place was a great hub for our week long vacation in Paris. It's a small place, with a very comfortable bed and small kitchenette area with a microwave, small fridge, sink and stove. It is on the 6th floor and had an elevator, although a very small elevator. Only room for two people and a suitcase. But at least it worked! The place is a 2-3 blocks away from the Louvre and the Palais Royale metro station. We easily walked to the Les Halles shopping/restaurant section, and to Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter, and the D'Orsay Museum. The metro took us easily to the Eiffel Tower, the Arc du Triomphe and Montmarte. So the plus was the location. We visited mid-June and started out with wonderful weather of the low 70's, but the last two days were much warmer and it was hard to sleep our last night. There was a tiny fan but it really wasn't enough. If you are considering this place during a warm season, ask about the AC. There was some wall machine, but we couldn't get it to work, which was fine because it was our last night anyway.

We had a small mistake on arrival where the unit was not clean, but our concierge set us up with cleaning service that was completed within an hour or two. Unit stayed very warm in the cold weather (even without using the radiator) and was within walking distance of many major attractions. A metro station was a few blocks away for further travel. Many restaurants in the area of the apartment were geared towards tourists due to the location. We were able to walk to a grocery store and pharmacy as well for things like bottled water, toiletries, etc.
