😊: Location was great in Paris 8e , close to Champs-Élysées / Madeleine , the property was fully equipped with all essentials such as fridge, washing machine, cooker , cutlery, coffee machine and ironing facility with guest welcoming pack and sufficient cleaning supplies , the property overlooking a small courtyard with natural plants , has a table and a couple of chairs for outdoor sitting. 😢: I had to collect the key from keynest shop by walking 16 minutes away from the property, and the same walk back to return the key after checkout, the property had no air conditioning and I stayed during the heatwave that hits Paris for over 2 weeks in July 2026 with temperature hitting 39-40 degrees , struggling to sleep at night . Putting up AC will improve the property to a higher level. Hot water boiler is a bit small for feeding both the bathroom and the kitchen , while washing the dishes you get enough hot water then you will struggle trying to take a shower right after that as there was no sufficient hot water left. Finally there was only two pillows which were fine as I was alone but not conveniently sufficient to sleep two people , better to add two more pillows.

😢: Checkin crazy idea. Have to find 2 places, 18 mins away. Keynest maybe useable if located very close to appartment. 18mins is stupid..
