GuestReady - Modern Loft in Villeurbanne - One-Bedroom Apartment

Décevant
#128578; La localisation ( Metro à côté, petite supérette juste en dessous..)
#128577; La douche ne fonctionnait pas. La table pour manger était cassée. Les velux était à moitié cassés

we didn’t stay and asked...
#128578; location
#128577; The door couldn’t close from inside and therefore felt very unsecure. The sofa bed wasn’t prepared for the kids while we booked for 4 and even made sure to mention it as a comment when we booked. There was also no bed sheets to prepare the sofa ourselves. The bed in the room was falling apart and the overall cleanliness was questionable. we got zero support to solve our problems and decided to leave and look for another place to stay. Overall very disappointing.

Quiet and comfy stay
#128578; the property was very clean and ordered.
#128577; everything was good.

Meh
#128578; Location
#128577; The couch in the photo is covered up by a blanket. It is stained and the couches do not stay together. Bedding was not set up for 4 despite them being aware we were a family of 4.
