GuestReady - Modern Studio 1min Charonne Metro

I had a wonderful stay here-- I most love how close to the metro it is, it is just around the corner, making it so easy to explore the city. The neighborhood is so cute, with a lot of cute spots to eat, and nice to just hang around. The place is perfect for one or two people. It is tucked away and quiet and safe. I must say it is very hard to bring your suitcases up the narrow stairs, it is best to leave downstairs. Otherwise, a great little spot!

Se encuentra ubicado junto a una parada de metro y de alquiler de bicicletas. La calle está llena de restaurantes y bares que frecuentan los parisinos. También hay varios supermercados en el entorno. El apartamento está decorado moderno y con mucho gusto, con todas las comodidades. Excelente elección !

We admired the use of space and color. Fully equipped. Interesting neighborhood- good value for price. Would stay again!

Everything was great. Our host was right on time to meet us at the flat. Greeted us with a kind smile and a nice bottle of wine. The flat was clean and outfitted with everything you need for a nice stay. Tiny but very well designed, bright and neat. Located in an amazing neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and wine bars. One block from the metro and a hip unpretentious coffee shop 10 steps from the front door. Loved it.

UBICADO EN UNA ZONA CON SERVICIOS PARA LA COMPRA DE VIVERES Y RODEADO DE RESTAURANTES, BISTROS, CAFETERIAS, PANADERIAS. MUY CERCA DEL METRO Y A 15 MINUTOS DE LA PLAZA DE LA BASTILLA PASEANDO.

Really good place to stay, highly recommended

The flat is as described/pictured and is all you need if you're planning to sightsee all day. The entire place is maybe 14'x18' but has everything you need. There is a small fridge as well as a washing machine. There is a Nespresso machine and pods but why bother when there is a coffee shop (owner very nice) literally next door. There is an authentic Lebanese restaurant next to the coffee shop that was also very good. The Metro is close by. There are cafes everywhere. We were met at the designated time by an associate of Pierre's who helped us with our bags and showed us around. The front of the flat faces the road, which was quiet at night, and the back side faces a courtyard. The bed is at least a US queen sized Casper mattress (I'm 6'4" tall and I was comfortable). The only true con to staying here are the steps to the flat - they are VERY steep and narrow. Oh, and by the way the bathroom is at the bottom of the steps. This flat is only for the able bodied. Hauling a heavy suitcase up or down these steps will be challenging.
