Beautiful and unique place, great location. Terrible management.

😢: Property listing does not make it clear about the access/steps etc. The building is located on the top floor and the steps are the same as a castle turret. tiny, very uneven and there were 45 of them. Even being fit and healthy is quite difficult especially with a suitcase. We had my mum with us that is elderly and could not do them so we had to pay for another apartment then ended up leaving early. Also the place was dirty, the shower was flithy and the fridge smelled so bad we had to clean it. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have tried so many times to speak to the host about this and they just ignore me. they did eventually ask me to send videos and pictures but then they went cold on any further communication refusing to refund any amount back. think twice about booking this place!.

😊: The property is in a great location, very convenient for sightseeing, eating and drinking.. 😢: The stairs would be tricky if you have any mobility problems..

😊: The location was nice and it was compact and clean.. 😢: The staircase is extremely difficult to navigate steep twisting staircase with a rope handle. Definitely not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or elderly as it’s potentially dangerous. Also it’s right next door to a pub which does close until between 1am and 2am some days, so you will hear a fair bit of noise,( this didn’t bother us personally). Another negative is the toilet is down two flights of stairs once you are in bed in the master bedroom. You also have a Velux window right above the bed without any black out blinds so when the sun rises you will be woken up. The above things are things I think that people would like to know before renting the apartment. But overall very nice place and pretty clean and a great location for nightlife and touring Rouen. Message for the owner you really need to write a short sentence telling people how to find the apartment as it’s definitely not easy to spot and took us 10 minutes of asking people before we located the door..

Fantastisch<br>#128578; De locatie midden in het centrum van Rouen met prachtig uitzicht. Het MIddeleeuwse huis was prachtig en het was stijlvol ingericht. Alle basisvoorzieningen waren aanwezig.<br>#128577; Als je slecht ter been bent, kunnen de trappen een probleem zijn. Het is echt een klim naar boven. Maar als je er eenmaal bent, is het de moeite waard.

Superb<br>#128578; It has a lovely charm and close to the city. It was clean and comfortable. My son absolutely loved the second bedroom in the nook area.<br>#128577; Parking can be a little bit of a challenge, however we managed to get one nearby.
