Gympie : joli studio cosy en centre-ville

😊: The apt was as per picture and the place was clean. 😢: The apt is in a run down building. The door is two metres off the street next to security on outer door hallway in poor state. The apt has three locks on a tired looking door ( might tell a story) outside trash was leaning on the corner of a building. I witnessed a car reversing up the one way at speed clipping another car. One dude got out and entered another building they then left at speed. The area felt so unsafe I put the keys bracket and left losing my money. STAY AWAY.
