After we chose the apartment, we were switched over to Duve to pay, so it was hard to find our reservation on your site. The apartment itself, was very nice, but the building across the street was under construction. The building we were in had some covering on the staircases and looked like some renovations were happening there, as well. However, once inside, it was charming, well equipped, and very comfortable.

Appartement très bien situé quartier St Lazare. Dommage que le logement donne sur un carrefour très fréquenté donc très bruyant. Équipement correct et fonctionnel

Well equipped apartment with the right parisian feeling. Excellent location close to station, shops and restaurants. Access to shared terrace and lifesaving AC in both bedroom and living room.

Nice place to stay. Even nicer peeps to talk to and VERY helpful. Only reason not 5 stars, because we felt the amenities were lacking for someone who would be staying 8 days. We had to purchase paper towels, toilet tissue, only 2 bath towels etc. but otherwise was wonderful :)

The apartment is centrally located near the metro. There are restaurants, boulangeries, coffee shops, a pharmacie and supermarkets within a short walking distance. Galeries Lafayette and Opera Garnier is within reach as well. I Although it was in a busy street, it gets more quiet at night and on weekends. It's in a safe area of Paris. We did the self check-in and the instructions provided were clear. The apartment is well-appointed and tastefully furnished. As we stayed for 10 nights, we wish the owners provided toiletries and more rolls of tissue but that is not a deal-breaker as we were able to purchase the same at Monoprix. All in all, I recommend this place for its good location, accessibility and safety.
