😊: Great location. A bicycle storage room is available.. 😢: Very unpleasant and dirty room, outworn and broken things everywhere. We found the fridge full of abandoned spoiled food and drinks. The lack of curtains creates discomfort. It’s not worth the high price..

😊: Literally nothing matches the description. Terrible accomodation, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else if you don't like sleeping in a rat house.. 😢: First of all the host asked us to pay in cash an extra 180€ for a deposit that is not mentioned anywhere and he wants that in cash to leave no trace of the transaction and keep the money for himself. DO NOT PAY ANYTHING IN CASH. I have included some pictures and that even cover half of what's really like in the place. Full of mold, bad odour, mold (quite a lot I do not know how can booking allow this place to continue renting as it is a health concern) and literally full of bugs everywhere in the room. There is only one sofa that you can sleep and you will regret each minute that passes sleeping in there because It is better to sleep directly in the floor, it would be more comfortable, no exaggerations. If you could fall asleep in there it wouldn't last much because the apartment is close to the building stairs and you could hear EVERYTHING and there is always people going up and down and making noise. The place was not equipped to cook anything just by seeing how dirty everything was. Even had an expired bottle of milk in the fridge which made it unusable because of the smell. This apartment ruined our experience in Colmar and we were forced to stay four nights as Booking provided 0 help finding a new place or reimbursement the money. It is a completely scam allowed by how full other places in Colmar always are. Please do yourself a favor and trust me, DO NOT BOOK A SINGLE NIGHT HERE. I WOULDN'T STAY AGAIN EVEN IF I WAS GETTING PAID TO DO SO..

😊: Sadly nothing to like about it. Dirty, disgusting and nothing like the pictures, nor what is mentioned on bookings site ( renovated). Even the location ( in the center) cannot compensate for this.. 😢: Nothing matched the description and pictures on booking’s site, it was NOT RENOVATED, it was dirty, smelly, bathroom full of mold (which is a huge health concern) full of bugs and other insects. Moreover the place was not equipped to accommodate 2 people ( 1 pillow, 1 blanket, 1 towel, a small sofa bed..), while we clearly booked for 2 guests. This place totally ruined our weekend in Colmar. Not to mention that we spent our weekend getaway on the phone with booking and stressing about finding a new place to stay ( in which booking gave ZERO help). We had to travel to Strasbourg as Colmar was full. Complete disappointment. I requested a reimbursement - more than 200 euros for 2 nights is THEFT!!!.
