😊: Location was good! Close to metro line 9. 😢: 1-The description and photos don’t provide any information about the entrance, which is a major oversight. The entrance is very unusual. It’s right next to a gym, and the entrance itself looks extremely old, worn out, and in poor condition. 2-There’s no proper ventilation, so the space gets extremely hot and humid. The walls show visible mold. 3-The room up the ladder has an extremely low ceiling—so low that even sitting down, your head touches the ceiling. These issues should have been clearly disclosed in the listing. 4-If you keep the door closed for privacy, the place gets very hot and humid. But if you open the door, there’s no privacy at all because of all the comings and goings of people heading to the gym. 5-Booking didn’t mention anything about a 300 euro deposit, but when I reserved the place, they asked me for a 300 euro deposit to make sure we don’t damage anything..

😊: Es muy funcional en su interior y fue cómoda en espacio interior para mi familia de 5 personas, cuenta con lavadora y eso es muy positivo, tiene cerca un carrefour market, panadería, farmacia y acceso al metro.. 😢: No cuenta con Aire acondicionado, y aunque proveen abanicos, el apartamento se encuentra dentro un patio de un edificio de 4 o 5 pisos que eleva la humedad y no hay circulación de aire, prácticamente la sensación térmica interior era como de 5 o más grados que el exterior..
