😊: It was very convenient to collect the key from a lockbox using the code provided by the host. The location of the town was excellent for exploring the area.. 😢: The host informed us on the day of our check-in that there was construction work and that the light at the entrance was not working. Initially, we didn’t mind this situation. However, on the first day of our stay, the host sent a message instructing us to sort our laundry and garbage and stated that we would be charged an additional fee if we failed to do so. Additionally, when we informed the host that there were no towels in the room, they replied via message that they could provide them for an extra €10. As a family that has traveled to 34 countries, this was the first time we encountered such distant and one-sided, profit-driven communication. If we had an alternative, this would definitely not have been a place to stay..
