😊: The view was nice, self check in as well. 😢: Toilet in the middle of the kitchen, dirty walls, unbreathable air under the roof, smelly plumbing, narrow unrepaired staircase, jiggly tiles on the balconies, a lot of bugs, horrible parking, unclosable doors to the bathroom, main doors are very hard to close. Overall we rather left a day early..

😊: The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from the bus stop where lines 60 and 61 run to Geneva every 20 minutes.The check-in process is managed via the Booking platform, but you receive a helpful link from smoobu.com with all the explanations for entry and the code to collect the keys from the lockbox. The apartment was spotless and ready exactly on time. Communication with the host was excellent, and he answered all of our questions.The apartment size is perfect for 3-4 adults. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it is equipped with absolutely everything needed for a family stay: a microwave, oven, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, and full kitchen utensils.The main bedroom has a fantastically comfortable bed. The sofa bed in the living room is a bit less comfortable but still perfectly fine for a good rest. A huge advantage of this place is the peace, quiet, beautiful nature, and the sound of birds singing on the terrace in the morning. Even though May weather in this part of France brings cold mornings and nights, the heating in the apartment works perfectly.This is definitely one of the best accommodations near Geneva regarding the price-to-quality ratio.
