Design Architect Flat - 6 guests - 15min from Paris center

😊: Having 3 separate rooms and 3 bathrooms with a shared livingroom with kitchen. 😢: 1st: In the shower was it difficult to regulate for mix of hot or cold water. It was way immediately very cold or extreme hot There was only one small sweet spot, with lukewarm temperature, that took a moment to find it during each time showering. 2nd: We had a very small ant problem on the first day. But on the 2nd and 3rd day we didnt saw any ant anymore. So not sure what that was..

😊: All facilities available, every room has a bathroom, nice large tv, every room has AC, good public transport links not too far from the property.. 😢: No parking available at the property. Only street parking - but limited times, spaces and very expensive. Very thin walls and windows. The people that were staying above us were super loud at all times of night, talking outside the window, hitting doors, two nights did not get good sleep 😔the rooms are quite small for a couple. One dining chair was broken, nearly fell down to the floor, a light above tv is broken and flickering sometimes.

😊: 3 full bathrooms!. 😢: You need to walk thru a couple of what seems to be dangerous blocks.

The property is as described, we loved that it had washer/dryer and enough space for us 4 friends … some things to consider is that the above unit is also a rental and we experienced noisy neighbors during our stay. The street does/can get noisy as well … we just used a sound machine and it helped drown out the noise. Also , a very particular smell like of sewage or standing water but it went away after a bit of running air conditioning… the RER line station is walking distance away.

😊: I really like the design of the apartment. We were family of 7 (with 2 kids) and it was very convenient that each room has their own bathrooms. Kitchen was also fully equipped and had everything we needed. Train station is walking distance and has good connection to Paris centre.. 😢: The outside door was difficult to open. It got stuck a few times so we had to go through the window and push the door from the back. It needs to be fixed..

😊: Super apartment very well presented and appointed.. 😢: Make sure the freezer door is shut it is a little loose.
