😊: Great view, nice terrace, clean, modern interior, air conditions in the both bedrooms, quiet, easy parking in the dead end street in front of the house. 😢: Kichen could have more dishes and glasses, moskito nets e.g. in the bath-/ rest rooms would be good.

😊: Very convenient location. Not far from everything. Very nice apartment with a great see view. The neighborhood is not crowded. Bus stop nearby.. 😢: Lots of stairs everywhere due to the mountains. Consider to rent a car to avoid walking up and down a lot. Garbage container was quite far, but this is on municipality..

This property is all about the patio. The apartment itself is very serviceable nothing particularly fancy about it. It has very very basic utensils in the kitchen. There were barely enough wine glasses if you were four people staying there. And it’s not one of those rentals that has any sort of staple of Food items like olive oil, salt and pepper, etc.. We were there for nine nights and we left with three rolls of toilet paper. So plan to bring your own supplies, including shampoo, soap, etc.. there was no coffee or coffee filters. And there is really no convenient store to walk to unless you are a lover of hills and stairs. That said, I absolutely loved this location. It is a very nice building. It is very quiet. We Uberd most places, Nice, Eze Village, St. Paul DeVence etc.. transportation is down the hill and will get you to all Beach locations. About a 15 Uber ride to the main train station in Nice.

😊: The location , great view, easy to get in and out. 😢: I liked it all except the terrasse needed to be cleaned but frankly too cold to stay outside..

😊: It was spacious for our 4 person family, balcony and outside space is very good, all was functioning. Area was quiet and great view to bay.. 😢: We were totally lost where trashes should go, also cleaning (even cleaning is included) tools for basic cleaning would be beneficial to have, especially when you are with the kids…..
