😊: There was a kitchen, it was centrally located and it looked nice.. 😢: Dust was falling from the ceilling on the bed, even during sleeping. The air downstairs was quite damp and it felt moldy, while upstairs there were barely any curtains, so there was no good place to sleep. Also it was quite loud outside and the windows are super thin. The ceiling in the bathroom was low and there was no shower curtain, making showering quite uncomfortable..

😊: The location is great, and the rooms are cute.. 😢: The bricks in the ceiling above the bed in the downstairs area are degrading. They dropped sand intermittently, which left a film of dust on everything and woke us up during the night. There was also some sort of hair on the coffee table when we arrived..

Fantastic flat near Place Plumereau,...<br>#128578; We loved this flat. It's right in the heart of the old town. Place Plumereau was a 1 minute walk, and there were many restaurants and amenities nearby. The 3-story flat was well organized. Beautiful motif. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well supplied. We definitely would stay here again. We were sad to leave.<br>#128577; Really, nothing negative. No shower but the tub had a wand that made things easy. The bed is a bit short but very comfortable. We had no trouble. Also, the bedroom ceiling is low, again, we had no trouble. I'm 5'10". The spiral staircases might present a challenge for some. We loved it, however.

Ubicación en pleno centro de tours.<br>#128577; El único problema es que cuesta mucho aparcar. En la zona es todo zona de pago por horas. En determinados horarios es gratis. Los aparcamientos gratuitos, todo el dia, se encuentra a unos 10-15 minutos del apartamento. Tampoco aconsejable para personas que no puedan subir y bajar escaleras con facilidad, el apartamento esta dividido en tres plantas, pero es muy chulo.

Positively enjoyed<br>#128578; The property located at the center of the old city. Historical building gives you impression like you are staying in museum. The apartment are clean and tidy. Arrived late due to the flight change (abt 01:30 AM) , however, the check in instructions were clear with no problems caused. Walking streets are around with numerous café and bars available. There was big amount of the people even after midnight but found apartments quiet.<br>#128577; I was using filters searching the property and requirements for car parking was mandatory. On arrival noted due to property location (walking street and old city center) there was no chance to find parking place. Luckly some 200 meters away the underground parking was located but costs for parking were 12.30 EUR per night. Some not typical request to dispose garbage when checking out to the container which was located somewhere else . And another not typical request to collect all bedding and ...
