Holiday apartment | Perfect for remote work

😊: Great location to get out and about Paris. Close to Gare du Nord and the Eurostar. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked well for 2 couples sharing. Kitchen well equipped for our needs, mainly breakfast . Nice, small, living area. Quick answers to our questions. Would recommend to others.. 😢: There is no information about how to use the tv. Also,we had to ask for the WiFi code. There was no washing up bowl, and the sink doesn't hold water, so not great for water conservation! The bedrooms both had invasive light. In the first bedroom, maybe heavier curtains are needed. In the rear bedroom, maybe some kind of canopy could be useful. The cleaner was there when we arrived at 4pm. We had to wait an hour whilst she finished the apartment. Not a major problem, however one would expect by 4pm that the turnover would be done..

😊: Very clean, comfortable, well equiped and appointed. Air con as we stayed during a heat wave.. 😢: Need blackout curtains in front bedroom. More natural light and fresh air (can’t be helped) No drying rack..

😊: Super convenient location for Eurostar. Very clean and spacious..

I would really like to give this apartment 5 stars however there are 2 frustrating things that prevent that. 1. I agree with other reviewers in that the bed in the master bedroom is horribly uncomfortable. The slats appear to be broken so it caves in to the middle. The other is that the Wifi password supplied didn't work and support were unable to help. Apart from these two issues the apartment is great, it is very close to Eurostar base Gare Du Nord station as well as Gare De l'Est which provides excellent access to every major attractions. There are heaps of restaurants and bars close by and it is very modern and provides for everything you could need.

Location is great and beds and bathrooms are comfortable and functional. The house badly needs a guidebook inside. The furniture and carpet in the main room have stains and need updating.

The home was spacious but there were quite a few things that were not great. The door let in a lot of sound so you were kept awake by sirens. There was no soap, dishwasher pods or shampoo, etc in the home. The shower drain did not drain well and you had to shut the shower off to ensure it would not overflow. The beds were not very comfortable and the home needed some touch ups. It was just ok. They were quick to resolve an issue with the lock but no instructions left for anything else such as how to use the washing machine, etc.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, We loved the proximity to the metro and local attractions, The check-in process was smooth, and the hosts were very responsive
