Holiday cottage - Le Faouët

😊: Very warm welcome, lovely location, very peaceful and cosy. Bed linen and towels were lovely and fresh. Also the WiFi speed was excellent throughout our stay, and the kitchen was well equipped. Very comfy sofas and armchairs too! I liked that there was no additional charge for our pet.. 😢: The separate charges for the accommodation, followed by the linen charge, followed by the tourist tax was a little tiresome. It would be good if it could be all done in one transaction. Although the kitchen surfaces, bed linen and bathroom utilities were all spotless, there were lots of cobwebs in the harder to reach areas, like by the fireplace, behind the TV (I was looking for a plug socket) and in the windows and beams. Not a deal breaker for me personally, but worth noting. Please note there is no air conditioning and the bedroom is an attic room with velux windows, so in the summer it is exceptionally hot up there and doesn't cool down until around 22h. There is one fan provided but given the recent canicule temperatures (which is not the owners fault!), it is difficult to keep cool. Also, the toaster was broken for our stay..

A very nice place to...<br>#128578; We were very kindly welcomed by the hosts. After some small-talk to get known to each other they showed us "The Little House". It is such a nice place with everything you might need for a couple of days, a week or even longer. We really liked the house and the decoration. We stayed for a week and visited some places, the hosts recommended. We will remember the house, the lovely hosts and the area with fondness.
