😊: The location of the house is generally very good – the beach is just a two-minute walk away and you have a great view.. 😢: The house and garden unfortunately lack any real charm and feel like an unloved holiday rental. While the garden has a lot of potential, it currently feels bleak and uninviting. Inside, several things were broken, including the basement door and the terrace door. The furniture is old and unattractive. The biggest downside, however, is the public parking lot located directly next to the house. On sunny days, it gets very busy, resulting in significant noise. People constantly walk right past the terrace, and there is absolutely no privacy or visual barrier..
