😊: Location. 😢: Details to get into property were terrible- incorrect information.

😊: It was close to everything.. 😢: Wasnt so clean as it should be (floors, walls). There is a pub downstairs, so weekends will be really noisy til the early morning. Didnt know I have to pay deposit (300€) to get entrance information..

😊: Location very convenient - close to metro station, 15 minute walk to Vieux Lyon, and on the edge of both the main Lyon shopping streets and the Croix Rousse neighbourhood. The children had great fun playing the pinball machine, the table football, and the juke box. Lots of space in the apartment.. 😢: The street has several bars and lots of clients were talking in the street at night right below the apartment. Very loud when the windows were open to cool the apartment in the evening BUT when the windows were closed (single pane windows plus double pane windows) we could not hear sounds from the street (impressive sound insulation). The Irish bar immediately underneath the apartment did not disturb us with noise apart from a very faint bass boom coming through the floor on one night. Very little closet or dresser space for putting clothes for four people..

😊: Very central in Lyon, very clean. Shower was super good, wooden floors, big rooms, iron, ironing board, kettle, TV, good WIFI - overall a good experience.. 😢: Nothing to complain for the price - we stayed 4 nights with only 2 people and it was half the price of the local hotels..
