😊: The apartment is very well done, using good materials and fittings. EG there are three TVs. Everything was provided. We have stayed in several similar apartments in France and other European countries, but none as good as this one.. 😢: The shower was hand-held with no provision for wall mounting, and the bath had no plug..

😊: Good space. Well designed kitchen. Pleasing lounge and dining areas.. 😢: The agent didn’t arrive to let us in. We had indicated arriving between 14.00 and 15.00. We arrived at 14.50. Waited outside perplexed. Got no reply to our 5 phone calls. Received a written message from the agent saying “ it’s 15.11 we are at the property waiting for you but you are not here” Replied we are at the property and you are the ones not here” We were finally let in at 15.30. No apology. Asked why we didn’t phone, showed the agent the number we were given. “You won’t get a reply from them in under two days” she said. Wrong telephone number given. We waited a full 40 minutes. The welcome was non existent. She made no attempt to explain anything in English. Rushed through the instructions for the oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. It’s all self explanatory she added. She simply didn’t want to be disturbed by us. We booked the whole house but we’re under strict instructions not to use the second bedroom. The shower is awkward to use and not a pleasant experience. The agent failed to tell us the coffee machine didn’t function properly. When I told her she already knew. The bin doesn’t close hence if the window is open it attracts flies. The bed is most certainly too small for comfort. Utter shame as the property is well renovated with some outstanding features..

Magnifiquement rénovée, la maison offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour entre amis, ou en famille. Proche des petits commerces, vos pourrez déguster un café sur la terrasse du bar du village situé à 10 mètres. De plus, une place de parking privée se situe juste devant la maison.

😊: Well equipped. Quiet at night position. Nice welcome.. 😢: No bath plug. No shower head holder on wall. Confusion over required departure time..

Traum Viviers<br>#128578; Ich war 1 Woche vom 8.10. in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge. Perfekte Lage in einem wunderbaren kleinen Ort. Wir haben uns unheimlich Wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten jetzt noch da. Wohnung ist sehr Neu ausgestattet mit allen Dingen die man braucht.
