😊: Mayette and Jean-Pierre were the most gracious hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their lovely apartment is in a great location, close to shops & restaurants & tourist activities, & is comfortable and absolutely spotless. Parking in the building was a bonus.. 😢: The current heatwave across France is challenging for all & the hosts endeavoured to make our stay as comfortable as possible with fans in the absence of air conditioning..

😊: Bright, spacious apartment. Central location with trams and buses.. Close to the chateau, shopping, restaurants and a supermarket.. 😢: One-way system in the centre made initial access to the property challenging..

😊: A lovely clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious (there were only 2 of us) apartment in the centre of Angers, with a private garage under the property. We were met by the delightful owner, Mylette, who was extremely helpful, she even tolerated our rather poor French! Everything was in very good order, bathroom was great, kitchen too, lift up to the apartment was super, as was the parking. Mylette helped us a out a great deal by allowing us to park for extra days too! All comms were excellent and I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.. 😢: I would have liked a big comfy settee in the main room, to crash out on after a hot day wandering around the wonderful City of Angers!.

😊: Proximity to centre ville. 😢: Nil.

😊: Excellent location if you want dead centre. Spotlessly clean and very spacious apartment. Kitchen really well kitted out and plenty of info from lovely host, who was present at arrival and contactable at all times. There is an elevator which is a major bonus and the apartment is in a secure and attractive building. All in all a top notch holiday stay and would certainly stay again.. 😢: No W.C. in shower/bathroom which is just the layout of the flat but a slight inconvenience and the bath/shower combo, while excellent performance wise, was a little awkward getting out of. These are very minor points and not offputting but worth a mention..
