😊: The local amenities were close to the apartment. It was well equipped, including a coffee machine.. 😢: The steps to the 5th floor of the apartment. There is no lift. Inside the apartment was incredibly hot, and there is only one fan in the whole apartment, which is situated in the living room. In the bedroom there wasn’t any fan. The entrance door to the apartment was difficult to locate..

😊: We really enjoyed staying at this apartment in Paris. The location is very convenient — it’s easy to get to the city center by metro, and everything is within comfortable reach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which was especially nice after busy days in the city. There is a very tasty bakery right next to the building where we could get fresh pastries and coffee every day. The apartment itself has absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay — from kitchen essentials to all the necessary amenities. It is clean, cozy, and well thought out. We would also like to highlight the host — very polite, responsive, and always available to help with any questions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again..

😊: The apartment was very clean and the space was good for 2 people. It's only 5 minutes from metro 12, so, even if it's outside the city, it's very well connected. The host was super kind. We'd definitely recommend it.. 😢: No elevator in the building, but not that bad after all.

😊: Perfect location 5 minutes walk (with 2 young kids) from metro station. Plenty of local shops nearby. Good communication with the hosts, no issues throughout stay. Guess it would be good to have oven in the property instead of washing machine but it is just my opinion. There is a microwave and a small cooker though which is probably enough for most people. Apartment was small but big enough for us (1 adult and 2 kids), we were out most of the day anyway so it was ok as it was all about location. Overall good experience. 😢: Top floor apartment so plenty of steps to cover but good exercise before breakfast if popping out for a fresh baguette to a local shop:-) Bathroom a bit dated but good enough for few days stay. Toilet seat need sorting.
