House 10 minutes walk from the center, 14 minutes by car from the sea

This house is modern architecture galore. Simple and functional with all the amnesties you need for friends or family stay. Very private is a very good neighborhood of Montpellier and 10 minute walk to the center and everything. Will definitely stay here again if we are around montpellier

Nous avons séjourné la première quinzaine d’août dans cette magnifique villa, idéale pour plusieurs familles avec enfants. Tout y est: grande piscine, trampoline, verdure. La villa est équipée tout confort( grande cuisine, grand salon et salle à manger, électroménager complet, belle bibliothèque, et de très belles chambres dont une très belle suite avec salle de bain privée qui a fait des heureux! Le quartier est calme et à proximité de toute commodité. A seulement 15 minutes de la plage, nous étions ravis de pouvoir profiter de la mer à volonté. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et à l'écoute. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette location. Bon séjour!

Everything about the house was perfect for us. We felt very lucky to find a large beautiful house with a nice pool in a peaceful location, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Montpellier. Its also a very short walk to the tram stop that takes you to the beach. Nathalie and Emmanuel could not have been more helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay. Even when we had a small problem (not their fault), they were very quick to solve it for us. Thank you both! A great stay in a great property.

Our family had an incredible few days in Montpellier. From the time we arrived, our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The unique house design and location were perfect for our stay. We were able to easily walk to the city center within minutes or simply have happymoov come by and give us a ride. Many bakery, convenience stores available within walking distance. Great parking within property and easy access to go in and out of Montpellier for day trips. The house, amenities and gardens made for a very relaxing stay after hours of walking and exploring. Near tram/train station and Avis rental car within walking distance. Overall a memorable experience for our family! Thank you for the great welcome!

Stayed here with two older (18 & 21) children. The house is interesting in its own right, is spacious and has everything you need for a holiday. It's an easy walk to the town centre, train station and tram links, giving you access to the beach and the surrounding area. The pool's great to cool down in - it was pretty hot in August! The owners are really friendly and helpful, but not at all intrusive. Great holiday, would definitely recommend the house and Montpellier, which is a charming town.
