HOUSE COSY ONE

😊: Small, but very cozy and fully equipped apartment. Has all the amenities and tools especially for the kitchen you need for a long stay. Washing machine is a huge bonus especially in Paris. The host Alexandre was very welcoming and friendly, even though he didn't speak English very much, we hade no issues communicating with each other on the day of arrival. The underground parking is really good and for someone who travels for work and has a rental car it was amazing addition to the apartment, since parking on the street was not really possible for non residents. Would definitely come back if I was working around Paris again..

😊: Very good location with nice and peaceful surroundings, facilities very nice if you hire a car itcwill be better.

😊: I was attending SIAL and was travelling by car. So for me the location was perfect. It took me 10 minutes to get to the exhibition. In general, room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was iron, so I could well prepare my clothes to the exhiibtion. Also, parking space was cool! it was in the same building in the -1 floor, so you can get from parking directly to the elevator and your apartment.
