House in Provence with pool and gym

The house was beautiful and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of comfortable seating, both in and out, and the covered outside area was a great place to relax. The pool and garden were lovely and we enjoyed having breakfast outdoors. The downstairs bedroom was really comfortable and well equipped with an ensuite toilet and two showers! The house is in a great location and is a short journey from the beautiful village of St Saturnin. On the downside we didn’t get met at the property, which is fine, but also there was no handbook for the house. There were limited notes on VRBO but we had problems accessing these as we couldn’t initially get onto the WiFi. This meant that we struggled a bit with using some of the appliances and had no information for leaving day. The only aircon upstairs was a unit in the bathroom, but with temperatures reaching 40C most days, even with leaving the bedroom doors open at night it was still uncomfortably hot. There were no wardrobes or hanging space at all for the two bedrooms upstairs. The bedroom doors also have frosted glass and therefore no way to shut out light. Finally, there is a cat living at the property, which we were not warned about. This was fine, and we were happy to feed it, but unfortunately it woke us up every morning by about 6am. Overall we had a lovely stay but the house does feel like someone’s home and not perhaps set up optimally for holiday guests, which was a bit disappointing at this price point.

Great House near all main attractions and villages in Luberon. Very clean with everything needed, nice pool and decoration. Only thing missing is no AC (it was like 100 F outside when we visited)

Nous avons adoré la grande piscine avec nage contre courant. Le patio extérieur avec bar et cave a vins , un régal pour le soir, le brasero plancha et barbecue extérieur La grandeur des chambres et le confort de la literie exceptionnel!!! 3 chambres dont 1 suite parentale gigantesque... 1 salon magnifiquement décoré Laura est une propriétaire geniale , Le jardin est magnifique, La villa est a l'abri des regards, très confortable située a proximité de tous les commerces et quelques km de Gordes et Roussillon. un grand parking pour nos 3 voitures. Un regal, petit plus non négligeables les bonnes adresses de Laura pour les restaurants et endroits secrets a visiter : Merci pour les carrières d'ocre Jaune... en plus un chat Elvira très agréable et câline nous avions adore nous revenons c'est sur cet Été 2023 pour 15Jours....
