House in residence close to beaches and shops

😊: Fabulous location, amazing swimming pool, right next to beach. La Couarde Sur Mer is gorgeous and ideally situated on the island. The apartment has on-site parking that is safe and secure. Great market nearby, bikes to rent next door. Lovely short walk into the village.. 😢: It's a very basic apartment. No wifi! seriously - with teenagers that's no joke. No fans(?!) in the bedrooms, even though temperatures reach 30+ regularly all summer. Some noise from the nightclub and entertainment nearby. Bring earplugs. There were no washing up cloths, we had to buy our own as well as door matt's to stop bringing the sand in. The 'shower' basically involves a hand-held shower head in the bath - no way to hang it up. Nearby restaurants are great, but much like other parts of france, if you're Vegetarian or Vegan get used to pizza..
