House / Villa - Batz sur Mer

Even though small very well-appointed (especially the lighting was superb and plenty of TV Channels). Garden a sun-trap. Cycling in the area is fantastic, can follow the coast all the way from Le Croisic to Pornichet.

On arrival the house has a lovely relaxing decking area with plenty of room for a family to eat and relax. The house is on two floors and is equipped with everything you could possibly want. The kitchen is beautiful with all mod cons to maker life easy. A large indoor and outdoor eating area. It has a lovely lounge with a large garden enclosed at the rear which is great for children. The bathroom downstairs is lovely and modern with a large shower room. Upstairs has two lovely sized bedrooms with a double bed in one and bunkbeds and a double bed in the second room. The house is in a very quiet spot and a five minute drive to a intermarche supermarket where you can get everything you need. The beach is only a 5 minute walk and has a lovely beach bar. There is loads to see locally, the salt marshes and the lovely walled town of Gerante. This is a great house for all parties and we will be definitely be going again.
