House with 4 apartments 2 to 8 bedrooms swimming pool,common room,French Riviera

Problems with bed bugs so we had to leave the apartments for one whole day (we didnt get any refund). My daugther got bitten by bed bugs so she had a bad rash. The spa area was closed and we couldnt get access.

We have had several holidays in properties like this with our families and Jean Michel's and Corinne's houses top the lot! The separate houses and the central social area allowed everyone to come together at night yet also find their own space for some quiet time or privacy. We were a party of about 20 and everyone from 2 to 72 had a great time. The pool and its surrounds were first class and we again liked the mix between quiet spots to sit in the shade or sun while others more energetically played in the pool. We valued the safety and security of the pool and the houses and parents of young children were able to relax easily in the setting. The houses are 20 minutes from Nice yet close to places like St Paul de Vence which are well worth visiting. La Gaude and surrounding villages have good bars and restaurants for dining out. There's a a good supermarket 1 minute by car and a hypermarket 20 minutes away. Jean Michel was so very helpful on his drop in visits. We can only say excellent, first class and highly recommended.

It was a dream vacation! The location is perfect, their owners, Michel and Corinne are warm an kindest hosts. We rented the whole location for one week, the location is even better than in pictures, very well placed if you want to visit Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Gourdon, Grasse, Eze, St Paul du Vence, Mougins, the mountain areas. The apartments are spacious, very well equipped, the pool was great, very well secured for the childrens. Congratulations for Michel and Corinne. I can't wait to see them again, for sur next year we'll be back!

We stayed in the Modern apartment for one week and we can't wait to get back there, once we have another opportunity. The hosts are superb! Location is amazing, just 10-15 km out of Promenade des Anglais in Nice up in the mountains, from which you will enjoy gorgeous views while on the balcony or in the pool. Kids (10-12 yo) loved it so much, they didn't want to go anywhere, including natural beaches and places of interest. We thoroughly enjoyed with this excellent villa and definitely will return!

We rented all four apartments at the Le mas des lucioles for two weeks and were kindly given the large function room for the full duration of our stay, this allowed the entire family to meet for meals and other social occasions. Michelle and Corinne were very welcoming and kind towards us, nothing was too much trouble. The appartments were clean, well equipped and in good working order, the pool and surrounding area were cleaned daily throughout our stay and Michelle maintaned a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property at all times. The central location proved perfect for exploring the entire south coast and we visited mosts resorts between St Tropez and Menton with very little travelling required. The local bar named “The Marinner” was a 20 minute walk away and became very popular with all the family, the owners were generous and very hospitable. We loved our stay at Le mas des lucioles and would recommend these appartments for families of all sizes, 10 / 10 Excellent

We stayed in the appartement "le rustique". It was very very nice. The equipment was available completely, everything was clean. The kitchen was new, inclusive all electric equipment. WIFI and Sat TV functioned very well. The owner´s of the appartment gave a warm welcome to us.They are very kindly and helpful. For my family and me, this location was a perfect starting point to explore the surroundings and the nice cities. The pool area is perfect to relax and to enjoy the mediterranean climate. Summary we can highly recommend this location! Five Stars!!
