House with heated swimming pool 29° / 01 hours 10 PARIS - 8 people MAX

I’m saddened to say I was disappointed on arrival of the appearance of the property. I spent 2 hours cleaning , placing allThe glasses, plates and cutlery in the dishwasher due to being dirty , tidying the outside space due to the lack of care and attention. The toilet seat upstairs was broken and in this bathroom the shower didn’t work properly and wallpaper was ripped off the wall. I got fed up with taking photos in the end. It had a 9.6 rating which I thought would mean a well kept looked after property but I was mistaken.We were woken up at 7.30am one morning by gardeners arriving , they had left the main gate open and we had 2 dogs with us - leaf blowers going of and strimmers not very relaxing in the end I had to ask them to leave as the management company or owner didn’t respond to advice they had asked them to leave following my request, the only reply was they didn’t know they were arriving . It’s such a shame as this could be a lovely holiday villa if they cared. And also the strong smell of smoke on arrival - had to open all the windows A really shame !

Really great property, excellent for trips to Paris. Yes, there is a lovely downstairs room, bet there are 15 steps up to the property!Pool great, excellent quiet location.

Great house with lots of stuff to guarantee a fun stay. Lovely heated pool and lots of places to sit and enjoy the lovely garden. The house is cosy and has everything you need. We went grocery shopping at Supermarche Match in Chaumont-en-Vexin ( A 15 minute / 13km drive)

The property was perfect for our needs, 3 generations of family wanting a quiet break in really beautiful countryside. The excellent house facilities and outside garden, pool & seating areas provided that. The countryside around is beautiful, set on the edge of a small pretty village. Unfortunately the only shop was closed for refurbishment so it was a 20min drive to do the croissant run in the morning,

We had an incredible experience at this home in Lavilletertre. The home is an oasis and the views from the front porch are breath taking. The chickens were an added bonus for my 4 year old son (and us for the fresh eggs)! We also spent hours in the pool and hot tub each day! Perfect for a family getaway in quaint French countryside. I highly recommend visiting the nearby town of Gisors for their market on Friday or Sunday, and eating at the brasserie Jean Bart! Also recommend visiting the supermarket “libre fruit” in Gisors as well.. such gorgeous and local products! This quaint town also has direct trains to Paris and also is only 1 hour 15 min from Disneyland Paris- which we visited with our son one day! We loved our stay and hope to come back!

The house has everything you want. Unfortunately there were some minor defects which where immediately fixed by Fabrice, super friendly owner!!! The town is small, with a super cute bar and supermarket with friendly people of Lavillatertre…
