Hyper Centre - Cosy Appartement avec Cachet

😊: Location and spacious. 😢: We stayed here 3 years ago and the quality now is very much worse. Not clean (cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, floor). Dirty washing in the washing machine and under the sofa. No toiletries or cleaning products (despite advertised on booking.com), nor even hand soap. No hairdryer (as advertised on booking.com). Broken and dangerous kitchen chairs. We alerted the owners to all of this but they just said apologies and it’s for the travellers to attend to cleaning. Very poor support… actually they didn’t provide any support at all, nor did they fix any of the problems..

😊: It is within the city centre. Accessible to all shops and attractions. Though the building is old, our place was nice and tidy, large space.. 😢: They did not provide soap and shampoo which is quite basic to meet personal hygiene. Apparently they do not provide because their property falls to the category of air bnb and we are only staying for short term (3 days 2 nights) which is quite surprising and u usual. First time I experienced this. Should have been perfect but I was disappointed they did not provide, though it was indicated in their facilities that they have free toiletries. We have to buy our own..

Excepcional<br>#128578; Un apartamento espectacular. Muy muy grande. Salón, dormitorio, baño, la cocina, todo está enorme y muy comodo. Espectacular. Aceptan mascotas sin ningún problema. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos con mi perro en ese apartamento
