😊: Good location and good value. 😢: There were no sheets for sofa bed, the kettle didn’t work and we have insect bites so they need to fumigate. Key box is at another location, inconvenient.

😊: Spacious property near city Centre. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Easy access to motorway.. 😢: Toilet leak (see photo) kitchen bin contained previous guests food rubbish ( see photo ) BUT MOSTLY : They ignored our communications. When we booked, we made a reservation for parking. There is no facility to tick a box or pay additional at time of reservation, the only option is to note in the comments when you make the reservation we did this, and then messaged a further EIGHT times during the days before arrival. after checking had started, we got an email telling us that we had not made a reservation. See attached photographs, the first comment is the booking comment made on original reservation..

😊: Reasonable clean property. 😢: Antisocial behaviour by other residents in the apartment block. Banging on the main communal entry door for hours in the middle of the night. Unable to sleep. Reported to police and told by police that it happens regularly and they refused to attend..
