😊: Within 8mins walk to all restaurants and bars. 😢: Where the bed is located in upper space really only for a single bed but there's,a double but you have a wooden beam which really makes it into a double so on our stay asked if we could have a extra duvet for the sofa downstairs which fold out into a double sofa bed but got a reply its not a sofa bed well it was so another duvet should have been given but it wasn't which goes to show to me bad reply to a sim0le request as that is noway suitable as a double bed tried it the first night but I end up banging my head everytime I need a wee so I end up on a sofa without any bedding which isn't ideal at my age as it was really cold inside the apartment as,there's no central heating only a very old electricity panel heater which looked like its been there for a very long time and didn't want to use.

😊: Great location very close to Lille mainline train station and a short walk from the city centre. Apartment was clean and basic supplies like washing up liquid, sponges, shower gel etc were provided.. 😢: The toilet is downstairs but the bathroom is upstairs, not the end of the world but not ideal. The shower is just a spray head on a hose connected to the bath taps, there is no wall mount for the shower or shower screen or curtain around the bath. You have to kneel in the bath and hold the shower with one hand. I don't know how they can advertise that the apartment has a shower? The upstairs mezzanine level bedroom is very space confined with a low ceiling over the bed and stairs that are more ladder like going down the lower level..

😊: Can't think of anything. 😢: Had not been cleaned after previous occupants, dead mosquitoes on the walls and ceiling along with live ones. No propper shower, only a shower head off of the tap you have to hold. Stairs up to the bedroom are borderline dangerous. Headroom on onesie of the bed is very, very low that you bang arms trying to swat mosquitoes. Kitchen area not cleaned properly.

😊: Redeeming features of this appartment are the proximity to the train station and the town centre and the absolutley lovely concierge service.. 😢: It's an accident waiting to happen, starting with the first step into the flat and immediately down the stairs with 0 warning, continuing with the precarious ladder rather than a staircase to the misquito infested bedroom that is too small to be called a double and too short to stand in upright. Banging head on the sloped ceiling in the night, having to hold the shower hose with one hand while trying to wash myself because there is no shower head holder on the wall. The coffee machine does not work, we did not test any of the other kitchen appliances. With not enough plugs available in the bedroom to plug in the phone and have the bedside lamps on, they are useless. The toilet is on the ground floor while the rest of the bathroom is on the top floor. An absolutely dysfunctional apartment, with the least comfortable mattress and pillow I ever had a displeasure to sleep on..
