😊: The location would have been good and the apartment overall is very well located, but due to unfortunate guests from the night before the apartment was in no condition to stay with my family for the night.. 😢: The owner had the misfortune to host guests, that left the place in complete disarray. There is no blaming him for that. But: We arrived at the apartment 10 minutes after the supposed check-in. We were greeted by a cleaner who tried telling us in french that she still needs time and the apartment was left very dirty. It sounded like previous tenants had an orgy in the apartment. We were told the cleaner needs less than an hour and we agreed to go for a coffee and come back after. When we came back at 6:10, the cleaner was still present and not done. She said she cleaned the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, just has some stains left on the floor. We did not mind the stains on the floor and said it's ok if she cleans it the next day. We noticed her using *the same sponge* for cleaning the floor stains to wipe the kitchen counter and fridge! When she left at maybe 6:15pm, we looked around. I saw candy paper half hidden under the living room carpet and checked the bedroom. In the bedroom were crumbs on the floor (not properly vacuumed), crumbs on the bed, and after lifting the day blanket I saw stains on the sheets. There was also and old unfolded blanket thrown on the chair. The apartment smelled of smoke and we saw cigarette burns on the parquet floor. That was it for us, also given the knowledge of what has happened the day before. I informed the owner that we can't stay at 6:38pm. I was waiting for a reply and some help, offer or assistance, but we were on our own and exhausted. I told my wife to freshen up and we leave. Meanwhile I was looking for opportunities for another accommodation. The cancellation request was done at 6:42pm. All this I had to do exhausted from my phone. At around 7:20 we vacated the place. I think I have done more than my best to stay active in the communication and would really have hoped the owner would have assisted and helped us more. He just pushed the problem he had with previous tenants to us. No refund till now..

😊: The apartment was very comfortable and clean. I liked location - in the very center of the city, walking distance to key facilities. Comfortable and cheap parking lot.. 😢: The appartment is situated on the highest floor and the lack of the lift might be a challenge..

😊: The flat was nice and clean, but.... 😢: ...accessing it was as stressful as it gets. The host didn't follow his own Byzantine protocol and didn't take our calls when we couldn't enter the building..
